If you have selected the option of receiving Complete Guidance on email :

1. Your guidance shall be emailed to you in 5-7 working days and a WhatsApp reminder shall be sent to you when we email your guidance to you. All the best!

If you have selected the option of Consultancy on call with Wowline Consultant and Guidance on Email:

1. Please check your calendar and schedule before you set an appointment. Once you set an appointment, we will call on your chosen time. If you do not pick up, we shall call 3 times in an interval of 5 mins.
2. If the call is not answered in 3 attempts, we will give one more chance to reschedule a call, via email/WhatsApp. If you do not appear for your consultation on call, the appointment shall stand cancelled and the amount shall be forfeited. You shall have to make another payment to schedule a call.
3. Please select a time and location where you may attend the call without being disturbed by noise or by someone.
4. Please do not attend other calls during the consultation.
5. Please pick a location where you get adequate reception from your mobile network service provider so that you call is seamless and perfect. You should also have a pen, paper, and a copy of your response on hand so you can refer to it.
6. Please be aware that the call will automatically end after a maximum of fifteen minutes. Therefore, please make sure that your details to discuss with the WowLine Consultant are prepared and ready with you in a short, clear, concise, and understandable manner.
7. Please note that your guidance shall be given in 5 to 7 working days in the email-id provided by you.
